At Kii Nagashima Sunbou, you can enjoy skewered sunfish.
This unusual dish is a local specialty and a great opportunity to enjoy fresh seafood.
After enjoying the meal, the next destination is Kuki Fishing Port.

Drop-in spot
This is my second time visiting “Roadside Station Kii-Nagashima Manbou”. This time, I also tried “grilled sunfish skewers”!
The weather was good on this day as well, and we were able to see the beautiful, crystal clear sea.
This time we passed through Tategasaki, a gigantic, strange-looking rock with beautiful columnar joints that towers over the sea.
This roadside station is easy to stop by as a rest spot on Route 168. There is also a barbecue area and accommodation facilities.
