Usaijiri Park seems to be crowded with sea bathing, clam digging and barbecue in the summer.

It is affectionately known as “Dragon Beach” from the name of Tatsunohama.

Electronic reference point No. 940083 Suzaki
It is a reference point of national land established by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan.
GEONET stations are GNSS continuous observation stations installed at approximately 1,300 locations nationwide (For GNSS, see What is GNSS positioning?). The GEONET is one of the national control points managed by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, and is consistent with the “national coordinates” that are the standard for positioning in Japan. The exterior is a stainless steel pillar with a height of about 5m, and the antenna for receiving radio waves from GNSS satellites is on the top, and the receiver and communication equipment are stored inside. Metal markers called electronic control point attached markers are installed at the base, and can be used for surveying as reference points using total stations and the like.
