Excellent mushroom dish
It seems that what is in the right side of the vessel is a white fungus.
There is also a black fungus under it.
It was thicker than commercially available jellyfish and had a response to eating.
The white stuff on the left is cheese.
Assorted 3 kinds. From the left, eryngii mushrooms wrapped in roast beef, smoked hangnail mushrooms that melt overnight, and Kinugasa mushrooms with an interesting texture.
Especially the smoked mushrooms in the middle are super good.
As soon as you put it in your mouth, you will feel a wonderful scent. The Kinugasa mushroom on the right has a crunchy texture.

The fluffy mushroom on the right is called Yamabushitake, and you don’t get many chances to eat it.
Abalone mushrooms, rape blossoms, and shrimp tempura are served with Yamabushi mushrooms.
Surprisingly, it is based on shrimp, which you would normally want to stand out the most, and is served with mushrooms as the main dish.
The abalone mushroom on top was so thick and juicy that I couldn’t believe it was a mushroom. Yamabushi mushrooms had a texture that melted in your mouth with an entanglement.
